Pyrolytic Oven Warranty Upgrade Criteria: Purchase a ETP12XL or EP12 Euromaid Pyrolytic Oven between the 6th April and the 6th May 2018 and receive an upgrade from a 2-year to a 5-year warranty. To be eligible for the Pyrolytic Oven Warranty Upgrade you must submit your online redemption claim at within 30 days of purchase. Redemption claims received after this time will not be valid. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims. Payment must be made in full as per invoice and lay-bys will not be accepted.

Promoter means GLEN DIMPLEX AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 69 118 275 460) of 1340 Ferntree Gully Rd, Scoresby VIC 3179. Purchaser means a resident of Australia, aged 18 years and over, who purchases a Product during the Offer Period and is the end user of that Product. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to Euromaid Dealers/Re-sellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible.A Product means Euromaid Pyrolytic Ovens ETP12XL or EP12 only. Warranty means full parts and labour for 5 years on the Product purchased only.

The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Pyrolytic Warranty Upgrade at any time without notice.

The Pyrolytic Warranty upgrade only applies to new appliances, purchased from Harvey Norman, Joyce Mayne or Domayne stores in Australia and is in addition to (and does not exclude, restrict or modify in any way) other rights and remedies under a law to which the appliances relate, including any non-excludable statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for the Pyrolytic Warranty Upgrade you must submit an online redemption claim at for your Product within 30 days of purchase as defined by the date of purchase on your receipt of purchase. Access to the program is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Conditions or who tampers with the claiming process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim(s). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these Conditions (if at all).

The Promoter may collect personal information in order to administer the program, the Product warranty, for its own marketing purposes and for market analysis. The Promoter may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service partners and providers, offer suppliers. Euromaid will not otherwise disclose your personal information unless you have been informed or you have consented or when the Promoter are otherwise permitted or authorised to do so by law. Participation in the program is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. The Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how you can access or correct personal information held about you or make a complaint about a privacy breach of the Australian Privacy Principles. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
